Iti - means small. The urns in the picture are compared in size, to a
Matchbox. Our Iti range can be used as pet urns.
They can also be used for a baby. Alternatively, the urns
can be used for a small keepsake of ashes or for dividing the ashes for
distribution to family members.
Small urns or large urns, the labour intensive
process is the same. The timber is cut, machined and moulded to size.
Products are then meticulously and lovingly sanded by hand before being glued
together. Once the glue has dried a final sanding is done to a smooth finish
prior to applying two to three coats of oil. Then a final coat of wax is
added to produce the luxurious finish that brings out the natural grain of the
wood.
